There winner of the ACE award is evaluated on their entire journey with Pentana Solutions, rather than a specific point in time. It is their ability to consistently demonstrate excellence that makes us all so proud.

Over her 20 years with Pentana Solutions, the dedication, passion, and care she shows to Pentana Solutions staff and our customers has truly stood out - always going above and beyond and putting our customers first. Many of who have worked with her over the years will know that she drives collaboration, pulls people together and leads by example.

Donna has held many roles during her career with Pentana; including Installer, Consultant, DealerSocket Consultant, Manager, Business Unit Manager, General Manager and today plays a key role in our Global Leadership Team.

No matter the role, Donna has performed at a high level, exceeding expectations and always playing a larger role than simply defined area of responsibility. If she can help someone else and help the business achieve its objective, then that is what she will do every time.

A recipient of numerous awards such as the Drive 21 Circle of Excellence Award and multiple 100 Club business unit awards. She has played key roles in some of our largest and most complex implementations over the years as well as bringing new products and services to our customers such as Professional Services and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

The distance of a remote office has never hindered what she sets out to achieve or have an impact on our business or our people and we think it is safe to say she has had a positive impact in every region over the years.
