Pentana Solutions is led by a dedicated team of senior executives that drive the company daily to deliver on our promise and vision for the industry. Their combined expertise, experience and passion propel the company forward in its determination to transform the industry, today and the next.

Steve Kloss – CEO

Steve Kloss started at Pentana Solutions in 1990 in the Customer Support Centre and has since had various roles including Territory Manager, State Sales Manager and Marketing Director before being appointed to the position of CEO in 2002. Steve’s passion for the automotive industry, the company and its customers drives his vision for global innovation, customer service and industry-changing invention.

Rod Dux - Director & Joint Company Secretary

Rod started with Pentana Solutions in 1987. Rod joined the Board as Finance Director in 1992. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Justice of the Peace. Prior to Pentana Solutions, he worked with Arthur Andersen Chartered Accountants and later held a finance and commerce position with Stihl in Australia and New Zealand.

Peter Aitken - Director & Chief Product Manager

Peter joined Pentana Solutions in 1984 and has been in various roles encompassing the installation, support and development of the ERA product. His expertise stems from a background of strong customer service and degrees in Accounting and IT. Peter has driven the inclusion of customer and industry needs in the ERAnet product, through the establishment of the Customer Development Committee (CDC) and through the appointment of Product Managers with strong dealership experience behind them.

Nev Blackley – Chief Operating Officer

Nev has been with Pentana Solutions since 1998 and has been in various roles including Installations, Consulting, Project Manager, and managing our Enterprise Solutions and Quality Assurance Business Units. Originally an apprentice mechanic, Nev has worked in the automotive industry since 1981 in various operational & management roles within the parts and service departments of a dealership.

Richard Kerr - Executive of New Business - Global

Richard joined Pentana Solutions in 2008. He brings with him a wealth of sales expertise from both the I.T. and outsourcing sectors. Richard is focused on ensuring our customers and potential customers receive the highest standard of sales engagement with our European sales force.

Stefan Grammenos - Chief Financial Officer & Joint Company Secretary

Stefan has been with Pentana Solutions since 2006. He is responsible globally for the finance, administration, legal and HR areas of our business. Stefan is a CPA MBA with over 10 years management experience, having previously worked for a top 250 firm among other various senior financial positions throughout his career.

Rick Pinto - Executive Australia and New Zealand

Rick joined Pentana Solutions in 2000 with a Bachelor of Applied Science from Swinburne University of Technology. His experience in innovation and technology throughout the Australian and New Zealand allows him to realise real value for automotive dealers. With an extensive knowledge of IT&T Rick sets out to improve customer experience by matching the plethora of Pentana Solutions’ offers with specific dealership needs.

Stan Koulousias - Executive of Global Enterprise

Stan joined Pentana Solutions in 2010 as an Account Director in the Enterprise Solutions team and was recognised by the business as a high achieving sales performer. Being meticulous in the creation and maintenance of solid business relationships with a unique perspective on the challenges and complexities of large-scale wholesale and retail environments has allowed Stan to be a consistent performer for the business.

Morrie Camporeale - Chief Information Officer

Morrie is at the helm of development, or as the business calls it – Innovations. With many years experience in the automotive retail space as well as the requirements of distribution or manufacturing operations, he is well aware of the very connected and global nature of today’s market. His goal is delivering a mix of best of breed solutions to retailers, distributors and OEMs in a way that drives efficiency from the core of their business.
