Back to Basics: Parts Stock Take Prep

There are two important reasons for performing a stocktake:  

• To verify and correct the parts QOH records, making sure the stock is available for sale 

• To determine an accurate total inventory value, for comparison with the inventory levels in Accounting 

 

It is never too early to prepare your stocktake! This session will cover the following: 

• Reports 

• No Bin/Bin location 

• Report writer reports 

• Parts to be located 

• Parts to remove location 

• Count sheet 

• Open documents 

• Pending invoices 

• Repair orders 

• ROBO 

• Parts Integrity Check 

• Negative on hand
