Modern Slavery Agreement
Modern Slavery remains a widespread issue across the globe. There is no universal definition of modern slavery, but it encompasses human trafficking, forced or bonded labour, as well as forced marriage, child labor servitude and deceptive recruitment for labor/services. Usually, it involves coercion, threats or deception to exploit victims and deprive them of their freedom. As a global organisation, Pentana Solutions is strongly opposed to slavery and human trafficking. We will not knowingly support or conduct business with any organisation involved in such activities. As attention on this topic grows and transparency improves, we will continue to strengthen our assessment of business practices and engage with companies where we believe tougher action is needed.
In line with the reporting obligations for the Commonwealth Modern Slavery Act 2018, we remain conscious of our obligation to ensure that our suppliers and stakeholders must provide an annual statement disclosing the risks of modern slavery within their operations and supply chains and outline the actions taken to address these risks.

Guide dealership customers through the configuration, training, and go-live of Pentana’s integrated payments product — all delivered remotely via screen-share and video calls. You’ll bring a background in dealership admin, bookkeeping, or payments implementation (Xero, MYOB, Tyro experience a bonus), with the communication skills to confidently train financial controllers and the drive to manage your own pipeline. Build and ship production-grade AI features into Pentana’s automotive platform, working across the full stack from LLM integration to front-end delivery. You’ll design agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines, and AI-assisted tooling — collaborating closely with Product Managers and engineers to deliver real outcomes. AI Architect

Shape the technical foundation of Pentana’s AI platform — designing the architecture, standards, and patterns that our engineering teams build against. You’ll lead decisions on LLM integration, agentic systems, data pipelines, and security, while staying hands-on enough to prototype and validate your own designs. Requires deep AI/ML expertise, strong Python skills, production LLM experience, and Australian working rights.
