Steve Kloss - CEO
Steve Kloss started at Pentana Solutions in 1990 in the Customer Support Centre and has since had various roles including Territory Manager, State Sales Manager and Marketing Director before being appointed to the position of CEO in 2002. Steve’s passion for the automotive industry, the company and its customers drives his vision for global innovation, customer service and industry changing invention.
Nev Blackley - Chief Operating Officer
Nev Blackley has been with Pentana Solutions since 1998 and was instrumental with several of our business acquisitions & early Partner agreements. Nev has had various roles including Installations, Consulting, Project Manager, and managing our Enterprise Solutions, Quality Assurance and Specialty Business Units.
Originally an apprentice mechanic, Nev has worked in the automotive industry since 1981 in various operational & management roles within the parts and service departments of a dealership. Nev currently oversees our product direction.
Stefan Grammenos - CFO, Executive of Facilities, Joint Company Secretary
Stefan Grammenos has been with Pentana Solutions since 2006 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer & Co. Secretary which is responsible for the global Financial Management Operations of the organisation. This includes Finance, Payroll, Credit Control, Billing, Sales Order Management, Purchasing & Building Facilities, Accounts Payable, Analytics and Reporting, Delivery Management, the Business Management Group, Registration Solutions and Company Secretarial teams.
Stefan has been part of the global expansion of the business, partaking in global Mergers & Acquisitions activity and has played a key role in strategically integrating these acquisitions into the business operationally, financially and culturally. Stefan was fortunate to have been mentored by his predecessor who assisted him in transitioning into his current role in 2010. He is currently a FCPA MBA with over 15+ years of management experience, having previously worked for a top 250 firm among holding other various senior financial positions throughout his career.
Stefan was previously also the Executive of Human Resources at Pentana Solutions from 2010-2019, whereby he established the Human Resources department and expanded the responsibilities of this area to include Learning & Development and Internal Communications.
Morrie Camporeale - Chief Information Officer
Morrie is at the helm of development, or as the business calls it – Innovations. With many years experience in the automotive retail space, as well as the requirements of distribution or manufacturing operations, he is well aware of the very connected and global nature of today’s market.
His goal is to deliver a mix of best of breed solutions to retailers, distributors and OEM’s in ways that drive efficiency from the core of their business.
Stan Koulousias - Executive
In 2010 Stan Koulousias joined Pentana Solutions team as the Account and in 2016 joined the executive team. Until recently Stan was responsible for growing Pentana’s footprint throughout the Asia Pacific region, including the Middle East. Today, Stan overseas the Enterprise Group responsible for the growth and management of a select group of customers. Stan is also responsible for the engagement with the OEMs in Australia and New Zealand. More specifically Stan leads a team charged with implementing the OEM “Engage” strategy.
Stan has extensive consultative sales experience skills in driving revenue growth, margins and expanding, as well as exceptional executional skills, giving him the ability to construct and articulate strong business cases, Return On Investment, and strategically manage accounts. He has a proven track record in the digital transformation of IT organisations, through successful implementation of market penetration strategies, and developing business and operations management.
Stan is a results driven executive with a clear focus on accelerating the growth of key market segments, incorporating automotive manufacturers, distributors and retailers whilst developing and leading a team of sales professionals to address the needs of the Enterprise markets for Pentana Solutions.
Stan’s collaborative leadership management style has allowed him to build, mentor and retain strong highly skilled professional teams that meet and exceed the goals of Pentana Solutions.
Rick Pinto - Executive
With over 20 years of automotive experience Rick Pinto is an established and strategic Executive with proven senior roles across multiple divisions including sales, account management, marketing, consulting and operations. Rick’s previous experience includes significant contributions in software lifecycle, applications, outsourcing, telecommunications and network infrastructure.
Rick’s ability in business partnering, providing strategic direction and implementing strategies ensures the delivery of tangible Return on Investment to his customers.
Richard Kerr - Executive
Richard Kerr has been with Pentana Solutions over 12 years and is responsible for Global DMS New Business, the Integrated Partner Program as well as Dynamic Products globally. In his time with Pentana, Richard has spent significant time in all markets that Pentana operates in, including two and a half years based in the Pentana Solutions United Kingdom office.
Prior to Pentana, Richard gained a wealth of sales, sales management and general management expertise from the I.T &T, outsourcing and manufacturing sectors.
Andre Roza - Executive
Andre Roza joined Pentana Solutions in 2013 to lead the Global Infrastructure team and was acknowledged as Rookie of the year in 2014. In 2018, Andre joined the Executive leadership team and was charged with exploring and developing new growth opportunities across technology along with managing Pentana’s Global Infrastructure and Cloud environments.
Andre’s portfolio was expanded in 2021 to include Customer Services.
Tammy Kokkinos - Executive - People and Culture
Tammy Kokkinos has been with Pentana Solutions since 2009 when she began her career in Payroll. In 2011, she identified the need for a dedicated Human Resources department which was implemented with the support of the business. To date, Tammy has built the foundations of the Human Resources function at a generalist capacity. She has led and driven many strategic people initiatives that have focused on employee retention, recognition, recruitment, induction, training and engagement as well as performance management. As a result of her hard work and dedication, in 2019 Tammy was appointed as the Executive of People and Culture. In addition managing global Human Resources, her role also includes Learning and Development, Internal Communications and Internal Events.
Her notable career awards and recognitions include being listed as a Top 10 HRD Rising Star for both Australia and Asia in 2017, multiple internal awards for her contribution to engagement and recognition at Pentana Solutions, and most recently the Quarterly Excellence Award in March of 2018.
Tammy prides herself in ensuring that our company’s values are instilled and embedded into everyday life. Her objective is to create an inclusive and diverse people experience which fosters an engaging and vibrant environment for all employees. A strategic vision named ‘Our Pentana’ was implemented with a focus on sustainability, community and providing all employees an opportunity to grow their talent and careers within the organisation. This has been recognised by the Australian Business Awards with Pentana Solutions obtaining Employer of Choice 2019 and 2021.
Tammy’s future focus is to build on culture and engagement to continue to see people thrive and succeed within Pentana Solutions.
Josef Bortignon joined Pentana Solutions in 2013 as the Customer Services Manager for Australia and New Zealand and was awarded the Customer Service Satisfaction award in 2014. Josef’s role quickly expanded, taking on additional regions to eventually lead customer services globally in a General Manager capacity, to drive consistency and visibility through the implementation of global disciplines, processes and infrastructure. Josef’s impact was acknowledged receiving the Management Leadership award in 2016 and in 2018 he took on the role of General Manager - Delivery.
In 2019 Josef was appointed Executive of Delivery, including Installations, PMO and Data Services and MDS consulting. In 2021 Josef’s portfolio expanded to include CRM, CRM Contract Centre, Business Intelligence and Consulting Services.
