ERA Server - Daylights savings checks - 4th October 2015 AUS and 27th September NZ

• Daylight Savings Begins on Sunday 4th October 2015 for Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia
• Daylight Savings Begins on Sunday 27th September 2015 for New Zealand

The time needs to be moved FORWARD 1 hour

The following steps can be taken to ensure a smooth time change in your dealership if you have an ERA server.

1. Some systems auto update, so first please first check Executable 9595. If the time has already auto adjusted and is correct here, then no further action is required. However if the time is incorrect in Executable 9595, please move to step 2.

Note: Time change is required only on your ERA server.

2. Ensure all technicians are clocked off repair orders before altering the system time. It is suggested that the time be changed after all technicians are clocked off on Saturday, or before they commence work on the Monday morning.

3. Check your jobs that are scheduled in 6950 to ensure they will run at the required times. For sites with multiple stores, it is recommended that this is checked in all stores.

4. Use executable 6305 to reset the time. (Note: Do not forget to enter a : between the hours : minutes : seconds).
