These pathways are New Starters, Team Members, Future Stars, and Leadership.
Future Stars is an annual program vested in the personal and professional development of Pentana people, intending to challenge participants to realise and release their potential.
Suitable to individuals who demonstrate a desire for growth, the Future Stars program is the perfect complement to those that show outstanding performance in their field. As this is an exclusive program, a limited number of participants is carefully chosen based on whether they meet key selection criteria.
