Attention ERAnet Dealers,


In association with Ford Australia, Pentana Solutions and Xtime have been working on a number of enhancements to our integration program.

Feedback received from dealers indicated occasional difficulty in the importation of data from Xtime when the customer was classified as an “Accounts Receivable” customer in ERAnet.

Pentana Solutions has today released ERAnet software patch 9:935 for immediate deployment. When loaded this software patch will include the following changes;

  • For an “Accounts Receivable” customer, customer detail changes made in Xtime will be saved and displayed in the “Comments” field of Service Appointment.
  • ERAnet will compare and highlight any data variances between the ERAnet customer record and the customer data imported from Xtime.
  • The user will then need to action any customer changes manually in the ERAnet customer record.


With this program change, ERAnet will now accept all Xtime transfers regardless of the ERAnet customer type.

Pentana Solutions and Xtime plan to release further enhancements to our integration program, which will soon be announced.

Ford Australia, Pentana Solutions and Xtime meet weekly to continue enhancement works to deliver better integration.
