Serving the automotive industry for over 48 years, the team at Pentana Solutions are proud to celebrate our continued success in delivering innovation, and unapparelled service to our customers. During our yearly event, Pentana Day, we celebrate not only the achievements of the business, but also the dedicated team behind them.

Earlier this month, Pentana Day was celebrated across our global hubs in ANZ, Europe, and Asia. This day is a chance for us to celebrate our people, our values, and our culture. Through fun activities like virtual tours around our 13 offices and a tailored workshop with Leah Davidson on our personal 10 Year Plan, this global event brought the team together to socialise and connect on our shared values.

Across our global hubs, we continue to promote Pentana Solutions’ En.R.I.T.C.H values of Enjoyment, Respect, Integrity, Trust, Communication, and Honesty. As we reflect on our values as an organisation, we also consider the larger impact we have in the world. In the spirit of this, Pentana donated $2 to the En.R.l.T.C.H. Foundation for every session attended. Collectively, the total attendance of 2893 across seven sessions has gifted $5786, helping the Foundation pass their goal of raising $250,000 to continue the important work they do.

The key highlight of Pentana Day is to recognise the individual achievements and amazing work of our people through the annual Maureen Charman Award for Continuing Excellence (ACE Award). This award is our yearly opportunity to recognise and celebrate members of our Pentana team who truly embody the En.R.I.T.C.H values.

This year’s ACE Award recipient, Dipalee Shah is a true champion of En.R.I.T.C.H., has great commitment to excellence, and a can-do attitude. Since joining our team in 2007, Dipalee has consistently gone above and beyond in her commitment to meeting our customer’s needs. Her leadership skills and dedication have allowed her to grow within our organisation. During her career at Pentana, Dipalee has also received a number of awards including:

• 2009/2010 – Help Desk Performer of the Year
• 2014 – Rising Star Award
• 2015 – Customer Services Satisfaction Award
• 2017 – Drive 21 Excellence Award
• 2017 – Innovation of the Year Team Award
