2016 Pentana Solutions Award for Continuing Excellence (ACE) – Winner Announced

The prestigious Pentana Solutions Key Club event was held on Friday, July 15th to look back on the last 12 months, acknowledging the achievements of staff and teams around the world. On the night, over 25 awards were presented, with many focusing on customer satisfaction, innovation and excellence.

The highest honour is the Award for Continuing Excellence (ACE), a memorial of Maureen Charman who was the first two-time winner of the Quarterly Excellence Award (QEA). As with every ACE winner, this award is only bestowed on a very special person who has a continued commitment to excellence, strong customer service, who goes the extra mile, makes themselves available to help anyone in need, is resilient and has a genuine passion for what they do.

This year’s winner, in their time with Pentana Solutions has enjoyed the well-deserved recognition from their peers and the business, by winning several awards at previous Key Club events.

The winner of the 2016 Award for Continuing Excellence was announced as Paul Starkey who is our Showroom & Vehicles Product Manager.

In his time with Pentana Solutions (over 17 years), Paul Starkey has taken on and mastered a number of diverse roles including installation, consulting, business intelligence to just name a few. Paul Starkey’s success has been reflected in his tireless attitude of owning a product from beginning to realisation.
