An exciting opportunity now exists for a Senior Field Consultant to join our Delivery Department. Reporting to the Consultancy Team Leader you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all consultancy projects within Pentana Solutions, with a direct focus on quality, success, time frame and customer experience. This will be achieved by being involved after the DMS installation in order to support the customer through high-level consultancy. The process will start with the customer requirement collection until the CSI survey completed, thus becoming the central point of contact for all our key customers.

The Role:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide high level consultancy to critical or Key customers, showing great knowledge about the automotive market and Dealership processes
  • Support with the skills growing within the consultancy Team in order to ensure high-level service to our customers
  • Support Sales in selling consultancy activities to our customers (including preliminary assessment)
  • Support installation team with critical go-live, in particular to deliver high-level consultancy to top and middle management of the customer
  • Ensure continuous circle of improvements organizing internal training session for Installation and CSC Team
  • Organize Webinar for our customer in order to sell the benefit of functionalities included in new SW releases (Top Gear Program included)
  • Maintain open discussion with Innovation, through periodic meetings, to suggest action of improvements on of the product
  • Attend project commencement meeting onsite with customer
  • Ensure all relevant documentation and information has been collected also identifying what has been sold/promised to customer
  • Create and publish training schedule to all stakeholders

Who you are:


  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of business and/or dealership acumen and processes
  • A background in the automotive industry is highly desirable
  • Well-developed conflict management skills
  • Organized; ability to manage concurrent priorities and tasks


  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate to all levels of a business
  • Resilient and adaptable with strong negotiation skills
  • Pragmatic, with a critical thinking mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail
