An exciting opportunity now exists for a Technical Project Manager to join our Innovations Department. Reporting to the Innovations Manager your primary focus will primarily be accountable for the full life-cycle of assigned customer, internal and partner-related projects. Operate at the senior management level of our business and our customers’ businesses to successfully deliver these projects.

The Role:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver projects via the standard Pentana Solutions project management process, from the Initiating phase, including Planning, Execution, Controlling/Monitoring to the Close and Review phase
• Maintain a continual focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
• Continually grow your skills and develop other people around you so that you are ready to accept new challenges and responsibilities as they arise
• Build value into the PMO brand and drive the business to sell and deliver PMO services
• Contribute as part of the leadership team of the CSC, helping to achieve targets and to develop strategies for the future
• Document, implement and follow sustainable processes, resulting in quality results for all parties

Who you are:

Professional

• PMI PMP certification or equivalent - highly desirable
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Direct work experience in project management capacity
• Proven experience in strategic planning
• Proven experience in risk and change management
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to build solid relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
• Ability to prioritise and make decisions
