Based in our Mount Waverley, Head Office, this newly created role, reports to the Learning and Development Manager. You will assist with the design, development, and implementation of training initiatives that create an uplift in organisational capability. The Learning and Development Framework “enRITCH me” is based on our En.R.I.T.C.H. values and requires a proactive, vibrant, and skilled Learning and Development practitioner to deliver training initiatives. The Melbourne-based Learning and Development Consultant is a key member of the Global People and Culture team.

THE ROLE

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Learning and Development Manager daily as directed
  • Develop, facilitate and/or host learning events and programs in consultation with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Curate, create, and maintain content within Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Provide administrative support for LMS
  • Assist in the development of new pathways – online, blended, and face-to-face
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting and communication relating to learning events and developmental programs
  • Support team members to develop and embed their organisational learning and development objectives to ensure they reach their full potential

WHO YOU ARE

Professional;

  • A minimum of 2 years in Learning and Development
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment
  • Sound knowledge of current learning methodologies and solutions (including a strong understanding of Adult Learning principles and 70-20-10 Learning principles)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to build internal and external relationships and obtain buy-in at all levels
  • End-to-end learning program co-ordination from training needs analysis (TNA) through to assessment and evaluation
  • Proven ability to work with subject matter experts to contribute to the design of fit for purpose learning resources across multiple disciplines
  • Basic understanding of Human Resource Management (desirable)
