Vehicle Invoicing – Offering seamless one step processing of factory vehicle invoices, immediate update of vehicle inventory and GL accounts as well as elimination of potential lost profits based on incorrect vehicle inventory value
Vehicle Specification and Status – Providing direct transfer of all factory on-order vehicle information, factory status updates, automatic new model specifications within your DMS and pre-build factory vehicle details in the DMS before the vehicle has arrived
Vehicle Holdback – Giving you a direct transfer of all monthly factory holdback payment information & a facility to update holdback payments in your DMS
Vehicle Dealer Claim Statement – Offering direct transfer of dealer claim statement information & the facility to update dealer claim payments via your DMS in a one step process
Vehicle Pricing & Options – Giving staff confidence in sourcing vehicle price & option information via the DMS, daily updates from factory to DMS, automatic creation of new model specification within your DMS, non-current models are automatically made non-current & furthermore the elimination of potential lost profits based on incorrect vehicle pricing
