Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Manager, this role will provide administrative and project management support when developing and implementing sales communications and marketing strategies. Providing market insight and analysis, this role will assist in developing, expanding, and maintaining all external communication channels. Ultimately contributing to communication activities that help increase potential sales opportunities. To be successful in this role, we need someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholders confidently. In addition to these key skills, we are looking for complimentary personal attributes such as a can-do attitude, willingness to help, and add value in a flexible and adaptable manner.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in managing marketing communications schedule across all communication platforms.
  • Draft, edit, and publish marketing materials on platforms including Electronic Direct Mail (EDM), website, and social media.
  • Analyse and report on engagement across digital channels, including all sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update the CRM database.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro) and video conferencing facilities (Webex preferable).
  • Proficient in the use of EDM programs such as Mailchimp.
  • Draft sales team presentations to ensure these are consistent with corporate branding guidelines.
  • Develop and review company-wide templates, including PowerPoint and stationary.
  • Assist with planning and execution of trade exhibitions, e.g. AADA Convention, NADA Convention, Pentana Solutions Convention, CNH Industrial Exhibition.
  • Perform market analysis and research on competitors.
  • Ad-hoc support, tasks and project work, as required.



  • University qualification in Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Skilled writer; well-versed in the digital world, with the ability to understand different techniques to write for varying channels and audiences.
  • Proficient in multimedia design and able to produce high-quality and fit-for-purpose creative graphics.
  • Knowledge in web content management systems, e.g. Wordpress etc.
  • Basic photography, video editing skills for supplemental content is highly desired.
  • A background in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
