Reporting to the Development Manager Innovations, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for designing responsive interactive prototypes using HTML, CSS (Tailwind css) and WebComponents for Pentana’s products. You will work closely with the Product Manager to ensure customer needs are met and to ensure the product delivers the best user experience.

The Role:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with product managers to maximize customer success
  • Design responsive interactive prototypes for web apps using HTML, CSS (Tailwind css) and components
  • Design for accessibility standards
  • Wireflows (wireframes + user flow)
  • Work with developers to ensure product quality
  • Maintain a consistent message throughout the development and design process
  • Contribute to the Pentana design system

Who you are:


  • Portfolio with case studies
  • Displayed ability to solve user problems with appropriate tools and techniques
  • Any relevant certification (Nielson Norman, General Assembly, University degree, etc)
  • Knowledge of the main prototyping systems such as, for example, Figma, Marvel or Balsamic
  • Understanding of UX heuristics
  • Familiarity with Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines
  • Experience designing for native apps
