If you want to join a team who are continually driving toward the future, an exciting opportunity now exists for a Network Sales Consultant to join our Sales team.

As Network Sales Consultant you must be responsible for accurately presenting all products, software and services, designed to suit customer needs identified, and increase their profitability and efficiencies.

You will be responsible for implementing the Network and Infrastructure Strategy through championing the ultimate customer experience, revenue growth and building a high-performance sales team.

THE ROLE:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work alongside your team and line manager to contribute to the development of an organisational strategy that will ultimately define the sales direction.
  • Develop and implement a Network and Infrastructure engagement strategy that will respond to market needs and generate competitive advantage, with the ultimate aim to achieve sustainable and profitable growth (including, but not limited to achievement of budgeted financial sales, revenue and EBIT targets/goals).
  • Identify new and existing business opportunities to increase the growth of the organisation, promoting customer experience/strong engagement, retention and attraction strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies that create consistent revenue streams for short and long term achievements in both, new and existing markets.
  • Establish and maintain a structured multi-channel sales framework with a focus on building a high-performance sales culture.
  • Own and drive commercial results within respective portfolio.
  • Help manage pricing to ensure accuracy, relevancy and revenue growth.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitor knowledge, contemporary practices and market opportunities.
  • General administration (e.g. documentation of processes, Pronto, and management of CRM tools to in-house, in-order to record and manage all available opportunities).

WHO YOU ARE:

Professional

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar sales/engagement management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing sustainable business strategies for profit and revenue growth.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office products, in particular MS Excel.
  • A background in the automotive industry is highly desirable.

  • Assertive, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Pragmatic, with an analytical and critical thinking mindset.
  • Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both, autonomously and within a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable
