An exciting opportunity now exists for an Operations Coordinator to join our Global Delivery Team. This role will coordinate the administrative and reporting functions within the Delivery Team and support Team Leaders with their HR coordination.

THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Liaise with the Territory Team leader and Delivery Manager to build a team that can independently resource the requirement of the Business needs
  • Build relationships with all team members providing support to Territory team leaders
  • Work with Delivery Manager and Territory Team Leaders to ensure documentation processes and procedures are standardised and streamlined, in accordance with The Pentana Way
  • Support the HR function and administrative tasks
  • Ensure PMO have all the relevant documentation for the installation consultant recorded in Workfront
  • Ensure all installation documentation is recorded and stored in accordance with KPI’s
  • Prepare Budget operational forecasts and requirements Approving travel requests in accordance to meeting business KPI’s and in keeping with Policies
  • Monthly Management reporting as required
  • Presentation at industry conventions and events as required

WHO YOU ARE:

Professional;

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of business and/or dealership acumen and processes

  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
  • Resilient and adaptable with strong negotiation skills
  • Well-developed conflict management skills
  • Pragmatic, with a critical thinking mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail
