Sales and Marketing

The Pentana Solutions sales and marketing team are a rich mix of product experts who seek to educate and partner with a broad set of clients. With experience across distribution, automotive and software the team is well placed to assist customers as well as mentor new comers to the industry.


The Pentana Solutions innovations department consists of two major groups (Development and Infrastructure). These two groups are made up of 108 staff globally and are responsible for the development and implementation of our software , hardware and network solutions. The team is dedicated and experienced in creating innovative solutions that exceed our customers’ expectations and are always striving for best possible solution for both Pentana Solutions and our customers.

Finance and Administration

Our Finance & Administration team consists of Human Resources, Finance, Billing, Accounts Payable and Credit Control. The team is responsible for all things legal, financial, procurement & purchasing, warehouse, people management, building maintenance. We employ the best in the industry to provide timely and accurate business intelligence data to track the performance of, and drive the future strategy of the Pentana Solutions.

Customer Relationship Management

The Pentana Solutions CRM team provides tools and services to supports Dealers to maintain a relationship and market to their clients throughout the customer lifecycle. CRM offers a variety of solutions to achieve these objectives.

CRM Contact Centre makes contact on behalf of Dealers to enquire on Service satisfaction, book service events, contact “lost” customers, conduct surveys, follow up prospects, etc.
DealerSocket, a third party software package which integrates to Pentana Solutions’ DMS providing an integrated method to build contact schedules to remain in contact with Customers and Prospects, which is visible across the Dealership. These schedules include to do’s for Dealership personnel, automated reminders to customers, invitations to events, email blasts. This is supported by our Strategic Consultants who contacts Dealers monthly.
SMS directly through your DMS, simple, time saving, cost effective, contact that gets read.
Correct data is imperative. Dynamic Matching aids to achieving a clean database by providing a solutions embedded in the DMS to check correctness of addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.

Customer Support Centre

The Pentana Solutions Global Customer Support Centre (CSC) provides and manages quality information technology services. This is achieved via its people and processes in conjunction
with information technology following the ITIL Framework.The Global CSC is dedicated to providing services such as support, installation, configuration and user education. These are the ways the Global CSC is contributing value add to our customers, elevating our customers experience with Pentana Solutions.
