An exciting opportunity now exists for a Project Coordinator to join our Global Delivery department. Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office, this role will be working closely with the Project Managers and be part of the successful delivery of projects to the customer. The role will work with the business in overseeing the full lifecycle of Pentana Solutions projects, including internal and partner related projects.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Follow internal processes, regulation and compliance requirements for successful delivery of projects. This will include assistance to the project manager of planning and execution of projects from Sales Contract through to project closure/sign-off.
  • Work with the project manager to deliver all projects to scope, on time and within budget, ensuring they meet compliance, regulation and customer requirements.
  • Attend to customer queries as needed, delivering a high quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate the progress of projects to the project manager, including but is not limited to, red-flagging issues early to provide the business maximum opportunity to resolve issues before they impact the customer and our brand.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the immediate team, business unit, as well as wider departments to assist in the successful delivery of projects.
  • Relationship management of internal stakeholders, leveraging current resources, knowledge and experience to execute and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Provision of timely and accurate regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Contribute to the quality of the PMO, by documenting, implementing and following all processes and requirements.
  • Contribute to the strategy and growth of PMO, by working towards achieving targets and assisting in developing future strategies.
  • Regular and general administration tasks (e.g. Workfront, documentation of processes surveys, sign-off’s).
  • Keep up-to-date with current industry and dealership requirements; challenges; legislation; best practice.
  • Ad-hoc admin, tasks and projects as required.



  • Demonstrated experience in a project co-ordination type role
  • Strong understanding of business and dealership acumen and processes are an advantage.
  • A background in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
