We are excited to share a results summary of our TORQUE Decision Maker Survey, recently completed in September 2020. We conduct these surveys on a bi-annual basis. If you have missed out on our previous results summary, please click here.

Globally, we can see improvement across all areas of our business with the following results:

  • 84% of our customers said they would recommend us in 2020, that is a 14 percentage increase from last year.
  • A significant 48 percentage increase in “How innovative is Pentana Solutions?” when comparing year-on-year results.

The following graph also provides a year-on-year comparison of our global satisfaction results by ERP:


In Australia and New Zealand:

  • 82% of our customers said they would recommend us.
  • This is a 32 percentage increase on our customer satisfaction rating for the same group of respondents.

In Asia:

  • 70% of our customers said they would recommend us.
  • Customer satisfaction results were very positive with an upward trend for the same surveyed group across Sales Engagement and Account Management.

And finally in Europe:

  • 89% of our customers said they would recommend us.
  • 92% and 89% customer satisfaction with our Sales and Account Management teams respectively.

We have also completed two product related surveys as part of the TORQUE Customer Feedback Program, with the following results:

  • 86% of our DealerSocket customers said they would recommend us
  • 100% of our PareX/ediX customers said they would recommend us
