Introducing Drive 21 Circuit
During the first quarter at Pentana Solutions, our whole executive team set out on the inaugural Drive 21 Circuit around the world. The Circuit saw our executive team visit each of the international and interstate offices to spend a day with all employees in these regions. Drive 21 Circuit was an opportunity for our executive team to meet all our people to talk in an intimate environment that is more conducive to sharing, learning and the art of conversation.
The Drive 21 Circuit provided an opportunity for the executives to acknowledge the achievements of individuals and teams around the world. It was also an opportunity for them to experience local dynamics and culture to gain a broader understanding of the needs of each specific region. 12% of Pentana Solutions’ people received awards during the Drive 21 Circuit, spanning across categories that recognise customer service, innovation and excellence.
2018 Pentana Solutions Award for Continuing Excellence (ACE) - Winner Announced
Amongst the various awards presented during the Drive 21 Circuit was the Maureen Charman Award for Continuing Excellence (ACE Award). This award recognises and honours an exceptional Pentana Solutions staff member each year, who consistently goes about delivering outstanding excellence.
Over the past 27 years, Pentana Solutions recognises an outstanding individual every year through the ACE Award. This is bestowed upon someone who has a continued commitment to excellence, strong customer service, goes the extra mile, makes themselves available to help anyone in need, is resilient and has a genuine passion for what they do.
At the conclusion of the Drive 21 Circuit, the winner of the 2018 ACE Award was announced as Daniela Vezzoli, the Product Delivery Manager for Europe. Daniela is the first international recipient of this award and embodies our company values and commitment to excellence, leadership, resilience and has genuine passion for what she does. Daniela embodies the Pentana Solutions principles of Respect, Integrity, Trust, Communication and Honesty and is a truly valued member of the Pentana Solutions family.
During her time with Pentana Solutions for over 30 years, Daniela has taken on and mastered a number of diverse roles throughout Operations and Customer Services. She is a veteran of Pentana Solutions, a go-to person, not only for her technical and leadership skills but also because of her caring and empathetic nature. Daniela embodies the Pentana Solutions principles of Respect, Integrity, Trust, Communication and Honesty (RITCH) and is a truly valued member of the Pentana Solutions family.
