Decide what you want to say and enter the message in 6943.

Select who you want to send the message to, personalising it if you choose, and send the SMS through 6913.

Create your message using Option 1 in 6943. Max 160 characters per SMS.

Decide who you want to send the message to by selecting the criteria in Reportwriter and adding the fields, Some suggestions for selecting who to send the message to are:

Limit the message to people who have interacted with your business during 2013
Live in a specific area
Drive a specifically aged vehicle
Are happy to receive messages from you

Use the Specs option to input the required fields specific to SMS - fields 17, 18 and 19.

Select Output to review your selection of customers and message and confirm sending of SMS.
