Steve Kloss – CEO
Steve started at Pentana Solutions 18 years ago in the ERAnet Help Desk and has since had several roles including Territory Manager, State Sales Manager in Queensland, Marketing Director and was appointed to the position of CEO in 2002. Steve has extensive industry experience and is leading the team at Pentana Solutions to exceed the needs of the automotive industry with the most competitive, profit generating products and services.

Kostas Antoniadis - CEO IDS Enterprise System, CFO and Co Sec Pentana Solutions
Kostas has been with Pentana Solutions since 2003. He leads the newly acquired global wholesale Automotive business - IDS Enterprise Systems – providing a compelling case to our customers and prospects of a fully integrated automotive distribution chain. His role is to grow the business by providing world class products, services and support that add value to our customers. He is also responsible for the finance, administration, company secretarial, legal and HR areas of our business. Kostas is a CPA with over 15 years management experience including having served as Financial Controller across various industries and as Senior Consultant in public practice. |

Nev Blackley – Executive Officer Specialty Solutions
Nev has been with Pentana Solutions for ten years in various roles including Installations, Consulting, Project Manager, and managing our Enterprise Solutions and Quality Assurance Business Units. Originally an apprentice mechanic, Nev has worked in the automotive industry since 1981 in various operational & management roles within the parts and service departments of a dealership. Nev is currently responsible for several of Pentana Solutions' Business Units including Automotive Intelligence, DealerLink, LSF Solutions, Data Services, Logistic Solutions, Total Dealership Marketing, Executive, Managed Connections and Franchise Services.

Richard Kerr – Executive Officer National ERP Sales
Richard joined Pentana Solutions in 2008 and is responsible for managing our National ERP Sales team, Enterprise business and Pentana Finance. Richard brings to the team a wealth of sales and sales management experience from both the IT & T and outsourcing sectors. Richard is focussed on ensuring our customers and potential customers receive the highest standard of sales engagement with our National sales force. |

Jamie Waeland - Chief Information Officer
Jamie is the newest addition to the Executive team, joining Pentana Solutions in 2008. As Chief Information Officer, Jamie is responsible for the Development, Testing, Installation and Support of the Pentana Solutions Product Portfolio, including all ERP Solutions and Optional Product. Jamie brings a wealth of experience in the management and delivery of IT Services and Solutions by utilising best-practice methods and procedures. This experience, blended with passion and dedication for Quality and Innovation ensures that the business needs of our Customers are fundamental to our continued success. Jamie has 10 years experience in IT, with extensive experience in IT Service Management, Product Delivery and Consulting. |

Rod Dux - Director & Advisor
Rod started with Pentana Solutions 21 years ago. Rod joined the Board as Finance Director in 1992. Prior to Pentana Solutions, he worked with Arthur Andersen Chartered Accountants and later held a finance and commerce position with Stihl in Australia and New Zealand.

Peter Aitken – Director Special Projects & Advisor
Peter has worked at Pentana Solutions for the past 19 years in roles covering the Installation, Support and Development of the ERA product. This has been built upon a background of strong customer service and degrees in Accounting and IT. Peter has driven the inclusion of customer and industry needs in the ERAnet product, through the establishment of the Customer Development Committee (CDC) and through the appointment of Product Managers with strong dealership experience behind them. His goal has helped us achieve product development that delivers value to our users through delivering technology that makes dealership processes more efficient and effective.
